With the coming new year comes new goals, aspirations and resolutions we aspire to achieve. However most times we fall short because many of these resolutions are not sustainable long term. Why not try committing to a 30-Day challenge. These small challenges allow you to open up your mind to new possibilities and ways of being.
Committing to something small for 30 days is a lot easier than trying to immediately commit to something new long-term 30 days can put you well on your way to making something an actual ingrained habit.
My plan in 2019 is to try to start by committing to a 30-Day Self Care Challenge. My focus for 30 days is centered around mind, body, and spirit.
